Cascadia Collection

This was a seasonal collection of technical outdoorswear at an accessible price point.

From my extensive technical fabric manufacturing contacts in Taiwan, I was able to source “overstock” technical 3-Layer fabrics with very high performance specifications. This allowed Tactics to avoid under-MOQ charges, reduce lead time and materials cost, while also being more environmentally friendly.

Each season, I designed the products, then communicated with fabric mills to determine suitable fabrics and colors for the pieces. Based on fabric consumption and inventory, we produced these garments in limited quantities.

Outerwear was fully seam-taped, 20k waterproof, with premium trims and utilitarian pocket and feature design.
